Job Summary:We are actively looking for someone who has experience troubleshooting and repairing various types of office equipment in the mailing industry that includes Mail Inserters, Mail Sorting machines, commercial printers, Hunkler and Technau input and output equipment conveyor systems intelligent lockers. If you have Electro-Mechanical experience in the automotive industry as an automobile mechanic, HVAC technician, aviation mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, and former military that worked on various types of military hardware those skills could be transferrable to meet our qualifications.Some General Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and computerized issues
Accurately update and maintain all insert operations equipment including Pitney Bowes EPIC, MPS, MSE & Pulse insert machines
May be asked to assist with maintaining print, cutting and folding equipment
Work with the team to assure all equipment is working properly at all times
Follow a routine maintenance schedule and assigned responsibilities
Determine and prioritize issues with equipment and ensure all tasks are addressed
Education/Experience
1-year experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician – Mechanic with the ability to demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.
Has worked on intelligent machinery with a proven track record of success diagnosing and repairing reported machine problems and outages
Previous Mail Delivery Industry experience preferred
Can demonstrate the ability to work with and fit into a team setting.
Self-starter and fast learner.
Ability to apply what you have learned during training quickly
Work without direct supervision.
Work under tight deadlines.
Have the ability to lift items and components up to 50 lbs
